Univenture Public Company Limited or UV has announced its financial results for the 9-month period (October 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024), reporting a net profit of 201 million baht and total revenue of 10.884 billion baht.

Mr. Kampon Poonsonnee, the Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited or UV, stated that for the 9-month period (October 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024), the company achieved total revenue of 10.884 billion baht, with revenue contributions from investment business at 8.228 billion baht, accounting for 76%, revenue from real estate and related businesses at 1.684 billion baht, making up 15%, revenue from industrial business at 726 million baht, representing 7%, and other revenues at 246 million baht, which is 2% of total revenue, resulting in a net profit of 201 million baht.

“In the past year, the domestic economy has remained volatile due to international trade tax issues and conflicts with neighboring countries, leading to decreased investment confidence and spending across various sectors. The company has also been affected, particularly in real estate revenue, which has declined compared to the same period last year. However, through our investment balance policy, we have continued to see revenue growth from investments in the energy sector. The company will maintain a balance in recognizing revenue from various ongoing investment businesses while exploring investment opportunities in other potential sectors to achieve growth and returns as targeted,” Mr. Kampon said.

Additionally, this year, the company is focusing on cost reduction and expense management alongside organizational transformation to enhance operational efficiency and develop personnel expertise to increase business value and create sustainable returns continuously,” Mr. Kampon added.
